Appliance repair is expensive so you want someone who is competent and trustworthy. The first time we called for a problem with our Samsung refrigerator, Ken came out and diagnosed the problem, told us what we needed to do, and didn’t even charge us! Then, we had another problem. Ken diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts, and came back to make the expert repair. He was on time, explained what he was doing, and very professional. I will definitely use them again if I have an appliance repair.

Once upon a time we were a couple of mechanics and office workers looking for a way up the ladder. Problem was that there was no ladder! So we decided to apprentice to a friend who was an appliance repair tech. We found out that we loved the job!

Fast forward a few years and we all saw how much need there was for a good, reputable appliance repair company here in San Antonio, so we decided to create our own business and hire folks on to help with the work load.
